Grrrrr

I am really mad at the Tourriffic lady.  She was mean.  I almost yelled at her in hopes that she would poop her pants.

    I witnessed a call today from a nice lady who works at Tourriffic. She was really considerate/understanding of our staff knowing we teach a full schedule on a daily basis. I witnessed a colleague being very rude to the Touriffic lady; I really hope he poops his pants.
